Mia Tavola is passionate about bringing the concept of Italian-American Sunday supper to South East Asia and beyond.
It is a new concept by Brooklyn native Nick Pelliccione, who brings over 16 years of experience in New York’s top restaurants, hotels and hospitality businesses.
Growing up both Chef Nick’s grandfather and uncle were chefs. Nick’s training in food began in his Italian home kitchen and has led him to help some of NYC’s top restaurants and hotels.
